We have deep roots in the cement industry. We have more than 30 years experience working with process design, optimisations, commissioning, plant audits and assessments, project management as well as plant management. We have worked on more than 50 different cement plants in over 25 countries. For specialised assignments we draw upon a wide network of highly competent experts.

 

Ole Friis Dela

Ole has worked with cement technology provider FLSmidth in various positions for 24 years. Through 12 years he was plant manager of 3 different plants for FLSmidth Operation & Maintenance. Before that he worked 4 years as process engineer in Process Design and 8 years with commissioning of new plants and machinery as well as with optimisation and troubleshooting of the cement production process.

Ole holds a Master degree in chemical engineering and has completed several business management programs.

He is specialised in plant management organisation and has a profound understanding of the operational dynamics in cement production. He is also a process expert with strong communication skills and comprehensive knowledge of the whole system from quarry to dispatch as well as energy savings and usage of alternative fuels.
